We take a quick look at your daily email digest to help you get the most out of the service
With our support packages you will be receiving an email filtering service that blocks most of the spam email out there from ever reaching your inbox. This is great news for the security of your account as the really malicious emails will likely be blocked. However there are occasions where the system holds a genuine email in quarantine for you, a mere human, to look into.
A lot of the time you will be able to tell at a glance if it’s a genuine email, or not. But what do you do if you are unsure?
Daily Email Digest
The good news is you will receive a daily email digest, you will only receive one if the system has actually got anything to show you and we can also increase the number of daily digests for those of you with really busy inboxes!
In the daily digest you will see the emails that have been filtered but the system thinks may be genuine and it is up to you to decide what to do.
If you know the email is genuine, its from a client and you are expecting it for example, then go ahead and press the Deliver button and in a few minutes the email will arrive in your inbox.
I am not sure if its genuine!
Do not worry if you are unsure if the email is genuine, you can go ahead and press the Preview button on these occasions.
The Preview button will take you to a safe page on your web browser (shown above). On this preview page any images, links and attachments will be stripped out, leaving behind the body of the email. From here you can use your human firewall skills to determine if it’s a genuine email you want to have delivered, or if you can ignore it and go about your day!
