Luctonians vs Hull - Final Game of 2022

The rugby season has come to a close, and it’s been a wonderful rollercoaster ride supporting and watching Luctonians as they closed in on a top half finish after 30 hard fought games. The standard of rugby we’ve witnessed this season has been incredible, and some of the young players at this club look like they’ve got a great future in the game.

Luctonians welcomed Hull this weekend and WLS IT Solutions want to offer our congratulations to them for securing the league title last week. We wish them good luck next season in the English National League 1. We took a huge amount of pride in beating the division champions in our final home game of the season. We are one of few sides this season to have taken points out of the top five teams which is testament to the amazing job done by the coaches at this fantastic club.

For WLS IT Solutions, this has been our first season as primary sponsor of Luctonians and we have loved every minute of it. The wins, the losses, the tries and the new friends we’ve made at the bar and in the crowd on matchdays has all meant a hugely enjoyable experience, and we cannot wait to be back again next year.

Before the season we were told what a special place Luctonians is, and the welcome we have received has far outweighed our expectations. Thank you. We have met a lot of wonderful people over the course of the season, and anyone we haven’t managed to say hello to yet, please pop over and say hello this weekend and in the future. The community spirit around Luctonians is something that few clubs can match, and one of the main reasons we want to be a part of the club’s future for many years to come.
